I like to prep ahead when I can. Tomorrow after teaching another class in Muncie we are having a couple over for dinner. To be sure we have food to serve them I whipped this easy veggie and chicken dish and wrapped it up to be cooked tomorrow.
I'm finally done with school, and my little guy is 2. Time to open up the cookbooks, and introduce him to the deliciousness that is food. (The real kind, not the blue box)
My goal is to start cooking dinner at least 3 nights a week. Between swimming lessons, work events, and teaching an evening class. This will be a stretch.
------The original Plan------ As we start this new chapter in our lives (so cliche) I found it difficult to make good food for just the two of us. We are on a budget (like most newly weds), do not have a deep freezer, enjoy a good bottle of wine, like fresh fruits, veggies, and meat, & try to buy organic.
This blog will chronicle our adventure- 1/2 food, recipes, & tips.... and 1/2 the adventure of married life!
